We hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, should you feel it necessary to return a non-perishable item, we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible. For health and safety reasons, Khanya Craft Coffee Limited cannot accept returned food products.
We offer returns free of charge under specific circumstances.

Please note that for best results we recommend you purchase our coffee as whole-bean for espresso since each machine utilises different grind settings, our grind might not suit the Espresso Machine that you have at home.
If you are having issues and the coffee is not coming through or is too watery, please see the below links for guidance. In a lot of cases the Espresso Machines need to have a cleaning cycle or descaler process as this might be causing the issue.

3rd Party Suppliers - Equipment
For coffee machine equipment there is no refund after purchase, as per our supplier's terms. However, if the equipment that you purchase is faulty, we will gladly assist and provide all the information that you need to exchange the item with the manufacturer.
